Public Consultation: Reimagining the Future of the Ontario Science Centre
Join to share your ideas for public STEM, education, and recreation programming at 770 Don Mills.
Councillor Josh Matlow, Councillor Jon Burnside, Save Ontario Science Centre, and Moriyama and Teshima Architects are holding a public consultation series to engage Torontonians on their vision for the future of the Science Centre building.
While the Ford government is moving forward with building a $1 billion dollar new OSC at Ontario Place, the building at 770 Don Mills should still be preserved and revitalized to ensure residents outside the downtown core have access to recreation assets to enjoy.
The first consultation will be held right in the heart of the Flemingdon Park community, to hear directly from residents who have been impacted most by the loss of the OSC.
The session will feature an engaged discussion portion, as well as a presentation by Moriyama and Teshima architects.
